• Prices & Payment: All prices are in USD; you’ll see final pricing (including taxes, delivery, fees) before confirmation. Payment is collected upon order placement.
• Pricing Errors: In case of obvious pricing mistakes, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup Orders: Must be collected at the chosen time. Uncollected orders may be discarded.
• Delivery Orders: Timed estimates are provided. If not accepted upon delivery (within 5 minutes of arrival), the order may be returned, and no refund provided.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel or modify an order before it is accepted or preparation begins. Once processing starts, cancellations may not be accepted.
• Refunds: Eligible for issues such as incorrect items, missing dishes, or quality problems. Please report any issues within 24 hours of pickup/delivery for resolution.
